Famous for its tall dark ’bottle-green’ design and fast becoming a must on every wine list and this is easy to see why. It is dry, crisp and really holds its own from seafood to chicken, aperitif to main. A great all-rounder with much finesse and minerailtiy.
Domaine Morin Langaran (remarkably created in 1330!) is located on a calcareous plateau covered with very small stones and fine sand. The vines face the morning sun and a dominant dry cold wind, which dries the soil. This lack of water is partially balanced by the sea sprays coming from the Bassin of Thau which allows for a very special terroir.
This particular grape, 100% Piquepoule is harvested at night to protect the aromas and freshness. Caroline Morin, winemaker extraordinaire, has produced a stunner!
